Bowling with the Hermanas

We planned a Bowling Tournament for an activity at the Hermana's Conference. We rented the entire place, 8 lanes, and bowled for almost two hours. What a great afternoon activity.

Here is one of our many group photos.

Elder Duerden, Elder Edwards and me.

The four assistants, the best Elders around that day.

The choice of bowling balls was limited. By the time I chose my ball there were only heavyweight balls left. Could this be the reason for my extremely low score? Not!!!

Touching the shoes was grossing me out. I'm trying hard to look pleased. On the outside I am smiling but on the inside I am cringing.

Leland planned out the teams. Poor Elder Ramirez was on my team with Leland. There was no chance of winning with me on the team.

Hermana Ñique giving a high five to President. She is jumping really high.

Can you see the gutter ball that I just threw?

Synchronized bowling with Leland and Elder Jimènez.

After two games I decided it was time to just watch.

Leland and his assistants.

Everyone loved bowling. There were several Hermanas that had never bowled and it was so fun watching the assistants teach them the necessary skills. What patience they had.
