So Monday afternoon I took myself on a field trip to one of my favorite destinations: The County Dump in San Juan Capistrano. Don't ask me why I love going to the dump. Maybe it's because I can just throw junk out of my car and not care how it lands. Maybe it's because I am awed by the organization of the dump. Is that an oxymoron--organized and dump? I love seeing how they organize the dump by areas and everything around the current dumping area is clean and tidy. Or maybe it's because I didn't have brothers growing up and finally get to play around trucks and stuff. I don't know; I just know I love taking junk to the dump. It costs $5.00 for a Suburban load and it feels so great to great rid of stuff. I highly recommend the experience and I'll go with anyone who wants a fun field trip.

I love the dump too!!! I went for the first time last year. It is great! I have always wanted to go, but the boys never invite. I was in awe of how clean it was. I was expecting piles and mountains of trash.
My favorite field trip is to Sprinkles cupcakes. I have never been to the dump though and that one seems cheaper and less of a calorie intake.

I love going to office supply stores. I wish I had thousands of dollars to spend on just stuff.
My new favorite field trip place is the Forever 21 Accessories Store at the Spectrum. You can fill your whole closet with jewelry for $50.
My dad use to take Drew and I to the dump when we were little and loved it. For the same reason we always thought it was so cool just to throw stuff out of the bed of the truck and watch it be smashed. Happy Organizing!
