Palm Springs Weekend

This weekend Leland and I went to Palm Springs for a little getaway. We headed to Two Bunch Palms first for massages and scalp treatments. Then we enjoyed the natural hot springs. This is a picture of the grotto which is heated by those hot springs.

This trip we didn't have the mud treatments but this is what we've looked like before after sitting in the mud baths.

After our day at the spa we went to our hotel, The La Quinta Resort, which is really pretty. It was built in 1926 and has so much charm and is still so nice.

The pool outside our room.

We ate a lot and sunbathed a lot and relaxed a lot. What a great weekend.

Did Leland wear an earring?

We LOVE La Quinta. We try to stay there at least once a year. It's our favorite place in Palm Springs!

Check out my blog and vote for Matt!

I LOVE the pic of Leland with his earring covered in mud! LOL... I am kidding b/c I know it really wasn't him but I was dying laughing. What if he really did have an earring?
